CalSchoolGuide does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We collect limited personal information only when you voluntarily create an account (email, display name, date of birth for age verification). This information is used solely to provide our services — saved school lists, reviews, and authentication. It is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for commercial purposes.

Your Rights

Right to Know: You can request what personal information we collect about you.
Right to Delete: You can delete your account and all associated data from your profile page, or by contacting us.
Right to Opt-Out: Since we do not sell personal information, no opt-out action is required.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
